Did you have a baby in Queensland between October 2011 and January 2012?

You are invited to participate in the Having a Baby in Queensland Survey. The information women provide allows us to tell birthing facilities and the Queensland Government what is working well in maternity care and what could be improved. This information is also used to support other women to know what to expect from different birthing facilities in Queensland via Birthplace.
